Mizeyesis is co-Founder of Threshold Sound, and hosts a top notch bi-weekly show "The Aural Report" on Jungletrain.net, an international internet based radio station based out of The Netherlands. She also is a curator & content manager for jungle & DNB at Satellite EDM and is also apart of Hipstep Zulu, Wu Dj Coalition, MIA DNB, DNBC, Awake Productions, Basscamp Recordings, Monstamind, EC Army and other prestigious groups and organizations dedicated to spreading the love & awareness of Electronic Dance Music in the Northeast. As her whole life she was engulfed in expression from being a former professional dancer who studied with Alvin Ailey, to visual art, to learning & studying music at an early age, she plays a number of styles & genres of electronic dance music such as Drum & Bass, Jungle, House, Garage, Dubstep and Rare groove & Dub Reggae. As she has been djing out up and down the East Coast since 2004, she has performed at many festivals such as The Winter Music Conference, Beltek, 51Basscamp, Wickerman Burn, Desiderata; opened for high profile tours & shows such as The Universal Zulu Nation 39th Anniversary at the Grammercy Theatre (NYC) and Steez Promo's DubNation; has performed at Konkrete Jungle, Elements, Direct Drive, Natural Selection, and many other prestigious jungle/dnb nights; and has performed/toured/opened for many high profile artist & performers in the EDM realm such as LTJ Bukem, A-Sides, Remarc, Jumping Jack Frost, Total Science, Afrika Bambattaa, Breakage, RAW, Liondub, Tony Touch, Reid Speed, Empress, Planet of the Drums (AK1200, Dara, Dieselboy & Messinian), Freaky Flow, Zed's Dead, Doctor P, Flux Pavillion, I Anbassa, The Big Takeover, Biodiesel, Arclite and many more! She has also been featured in a number of online blogs for her work as a dj as well. She also works with local community organizations and regularly performs at charity and community awareness events if not participating on other levels herself. Mizeyesis also can be seen as a featured writer for Hipstep Magazine and a number of different blogs ranging from topics of spiritual awareness to a number of informative ideas for djs. One thing is for sure, you will be entertained and enlightened as this supreme selector has a curious knack for lifting spirits with a selection of music from the past, present and future.

Mizeyesis: That sexy voice, the space in the beginning... then it drops into a driving pulsating ode of furious jungle emotion... I first heard this tune as a preview on a jungletrain broadcast some time ago and knew when it came out, I was copping this Friske & Gremlinz gem. Let me just say, the dancefloor LOVES this tune.

Mizeyesis: This tune is a monster. It creeps up first with a very sinister amen, painted by a dark synth and pads... then in comes the bassline. You can't listen to this tune on crappy computer speakers as its not meant for that, lol... But truly a big system with lots of bassbins as you'll surely feel its intensity through that! Double 0 & Sub are a wicked combo!

Mizeyesis: You have those artist in DNB that bubble under the radar, festering that radar until BOOM, all out explosion... And that's what DJ Future's deal is here... This dude makes some of the NASTIEST tunes in DNB. Fusing some of the craziest drum edits, with old school jungle appeal and a new school twist, its like whenever I hear his tunes, I can't help but to envision Armageddon in my mind. Homeboy does not f*ck around with his production and in my eyes, this entire EP is a masterpiece. Go ahead Future!

Mizeyesis: Wow... this tune is SERIOUS. When it drops into the deep plunging breakbeat edit opus it does, you know its one of those deep intelligent techstep choppage masterpieces! Proper sounds from Indidjinous & Omni Music... Nothing less is ever expected from these guys!

Mizeyesis: This to me is a Photek/Source Direct type tribute. Its so gritty and dangerous! That techstep opulence meets mysterious pads and breakbeat patterning... Oh man. Classy and classic at the same time. Really have been feeling the sounds of Indidjinous as of late, and this is NO exception! :)

Mizeyesis: SPY is one of my favorite producers in the DNB realm. His versatility as a producer astounds me sometimes. Some guys are only known for making ONE style of DNB. Not this dude... He makes liquid tunes, neuro/techstep, dancefloor DNB and like this one, an AMEN smasher that just gets me going. Gwarn!
