The hard dance scene is a truly global sound with each country adding they own unique twist to it. Two great scene veterans from opposite sides of the North Sea have combined their efforts into uniting all fronts of hard dance from around the world into one concept... International Hard Dance Sessions is born!
Set up by two very unique artists; Phil York known worldwide for his unique hard trance sound and Tranzlation label, and the voice of Q-Dance radio and Excessive records boss, Fausto. The goal of International Hard Dance Sessions is to unite the world in one concept, picking key artists from each territory to showcase their hard edge sound including hard trance from Germany, Hardstyle from Holland, Hard Dance from the U.K, Tech dance from Japan and everything in-between, from every key port of hard dance across the globe!
The 1st album has received great critical acclaim with both industry peer's and clubber's getting fully behind this concept, already picking up album of the month in 'Mixmag' as well as rave reviews on dontstayin.com, partyflock.nl, hardstylerz.dk as well as Radio One support!
With only a few days of sales under the belt so far retailers worldwide are struggling to meet the demand for this product having already topping the Juno download charts in 2 days beating Tiesto to the no 1 spot!
The IHDS tour supporting the album kicked off in Helsinki on the 15th October with Phil York & Fausto alongside Finnish legend Proteus which was a total sell out event by midnight turning over 200 people away proving the demand for this exciting concept. The tour has then hit Preston in the UK, Aalborg in Denmark as well as Newcastle in the U.K before taking on even more international adventures in Wales, Scotland, Sweden, Holland leading up to the end of the year. 2011 see's the tour continue right from the new year taking on multi date tours of U.S.A, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, South Africa and Canada before IHDS will host arena's at several key festival next summer.
